Quality management

Patient diagnostics at the Diagnostic and Research Institute for Hygiene, Microbiology and Environmental Medicine are conducted following a process-oriented quality management system in line with the ISO 9001 standard and are certified by TÜV SÜD. In addition to the ISO 9001 requirements, the quality management system also takes into account technical, professional and quality assurance requirements for medical diagnostic laboratories with the goal of constantly improving the level of quality.
